I am a qualified, professional Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker and an Art Therapist.  I am also a faculty member at the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute.  

I have been counselling for 15 years and have experience counselling children, teens adults and families in various community agencies, government agencies, health care (mental health in-patient and out patient clinics) and private practice.

I offer counselling to children, teens and adults. Art and Play therapy is often used with children and teens, but also with adults.  I have training and experience in a range of verbal therapies, play therapy and Art Therapy.  In my work with you, counselling will involve drawing on a range of proven effective short and long terms therapies which include various techniques and strategies, offering practical and solid healing tools. Appropriate approaches are established in collaboration with clients in a focused, gentle and respectful way in order to promote successful therapy.

My practice office is located in Langley, BC.  The office setting offers a therapeutic space for talk therapy as well as creative studio space, for Art and Play Therapy.
